1. What we store

Nothing on our servers. AirLog10 has no account. Your logbook — flights, roster, expiries, and crew, airport and aircraft notes — is stored on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your own private iCloud (Apple CloudKit). The operator cannot see it.

2. Files you import

When you import a company logbook or roster file, the file is sent to our parser (hosted on Vercel) to be read and is not stored after the response. The request carries your App Store transaction signature to confirm a subscription; no personal identifier is sent or kept.

3. Subscriptions

Handled by Apple. We receive no payment details.

4. Third parties

Vercel (parser hosting) and Apple (iCloud, App Store). Airport and weather information comes from public sources (OurAirports, aviationweather.gov). No advertising and no analytics SDK.

5. Deletion

Delete the app to remove your data from the device; remove AirLog10 data from iCloud in Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage. Export a backup first if you want a copy. Accounts from earlier versions (email or Apple sign-in) and their server copies are deleted three months after the 3.0 release; write to us to have yours removed sooner.
